Fulfillment Policy
Service Booking and Fulfillment
- Upon booking a service, you will receive a confirmation email with the scheduled service details.
- We aim to fulfill all services on the agreed date and time. In the event of any changes or delays, we will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule at your convenience.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations: You may cancel your service appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
- Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may also incur a $50 fee.
Refunds and Service Satisfaction
- Service Satisfaction: We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not happy with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days of the appointment. We offer a free redo of the service to address any concerns. If the issue persists after the redo, we will process a refund.
- Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after a cancellation request or upon approval for a quality issue refund.
